Regulation

The purpose of these regulations for “Residence Hotel Porto San Paolo”, located in Loiri Porto San Paolo (OT), in via Pietro Nenni no.1, is to guarantee a uniform, orderly, pleasant and peaceful use of the facilities to our visitors. It is an agreement between the Guest and the “MC Servizi Srl” (Residence Hotel Porto San Paolo, Residence Grandi Magazzini and Residenza Dante) and hence it implies your full acceptation of the following rules and requests your cooperation in observing it if you wish to stay in our apartments. Disorderly behaviour or non-compliance with the rules and regulations may result in eviction, as well as a report to the Public Authorities if the non-compliance might represent a violation of the law.

These regulations will be provided to our guests at check-in and will be available any time in the reception office and on our website. Every rule should be entirely observed since the moment of the booking. It is mandatory to return this document duly signed within the 24 hours after your arrival.

Bookings and check-in

The apartments, clean and tidy, will be accessible to the guests upon arrival after 3.00 p.m., and it should be left before 10.00 a.m. the day of check-out. Should the apartments be ready before the scheduled time, the Management will arrange an earlier check-in. If the client is unable to show up on the scheduled date and hour, he is required to notice his delay to the Management, in order to agree a new schedule.

Clients will be required to show their valid ID card upon check-in for the hotel record for Public Safety. The client who made the reservation will be responsible for the other guests staying in the same apartment, according to the general rules for Public Safety. The client is therefore compelled to be informed about the other guests and to provide their documents for the registration.

Payment terms and conditions

Bills must be entirely settled at check-in, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. Prices are calculated per night and can change depending on the stay. The weekly rates apply to a 7 night stay from the arrival date, with the possibility of daily/weekly extension. Monthly rates apply to a 30 nights stay from the arrival date with the possibility of daily/weekly/monthly extension.

Every single day of extension of a weekly or monthly stay will be calculated according to the price list.

Upon arrival, clients will be asked to sign an inventory for the equipment and the state of the apartment. We kindly invite you to inform the Management about any damage or malfunction in the apartment immediately after checking in.

The Management is entitled to ask a 150, 00 € refundable deposit as a guarantee for any damage to the structure or the equipment, late check-out, key loss or special cleaning.

The rates depend on the apartment occupancy, hence residents are kindly asked to inform the reception desk of any variation in the number of guests.

Early or night departures can be arranged by checking out the previous day.

We kindly inform you that in case of earlier departure the total amount for the reserved period will be charged.

Early departure is only possible for long-term reservations (more than 1 month) and it needs to be communicated to the Management at least 20 days before the scheduled departure date. In case of late notice, there will be a fee of 1 month’s rent.

The fully furnished apartments (studio flats, two-room apartments) with a kitchenette and all the equipment are rented out as Residence accommodation.

The fully furnished rooms with all the equipment are rented out as Hotel accommodation.

The rates include: water, electricity, linen and blankets, heating, towels, linen and towels change by our housekeepers; linen change is weekly for the Residence accommodation and three-weekly for the Hotel accommodation.

When leaving the apartment, guest is asked to close all water taps, turn off the lights and every electronic device; a proper use of sockets and of induction hobs is also required. Windows should be opened at least 15 minutes per day in order to air out the rooms, and the use of the extractor fan is mandatory when cooking.

The number of linen and towels provided is equal to the number of guests checked-in per apartment.

During the stay in Residence accommodation, a general cleaning of the apartment is made weekly by our housekeeping staff. At the moment of check-out, a final departure cleaning of the room and of the kitchen will always take place at the cost of 50, 00 € per apartment.

During the stay in Hotel accommodation, a general cleaning of the room is made. In case of particular lack of hygiene in the room or in the common areas, after a first warning, the Management is entitled to apply a 50,00 € fee for extra cleaning.

We kindly ask you to observe the residence rules by reducing noise-making and loud music and television, particularly between 10.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m. and between 1.00 p.m. and 3.00 p.m.

Children should not be left on the residence premises without adult’s supervision, in order to avoid material loss and damage and to guarantee the peaceful and comfortable stay of others. Moreover, children are not allowed to squall or play in the common areas.

Guests are not allowed to hang paintings, move furniture or hang out in the terrace clothes, carpets and laundry.

Small pets are allowed in dedicated rooms with garden or terrace with a daily supplement. Upon check-in, you will be provided with the necessary information concerning the waste disposal. Waste should be divided into plastics, glass, paper, organic waste and other forms of waste. During your stay and before departure, the waste should be thrown into the specific bins placed in the recycling depot. We kindly remind you that the apartment should be neat at your check-out, and all damage should be noticed as it will be charged as extra fee.

The guest is required to leave the apartment available for any ordinary or special repair that needs to be made by our staff.

Some apartments are provided with a reinforced door; guests are discouraged to a permanent use of the internal bolt, as this would make a prompt intervention difficult in case of emergency.

Left and unclaimed items found in the apartments will be kept for a period of 10 days only from your departure date. After this period, the residence is no longer responsible for your personal items and the Management is entitled to get rid of it in the most appropriate ways.

The Management is entitled to performing all indispensable repairs and provide appliances during the guest’s absence without any authorization.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartments and in the common areas.

The electronic or mechanical key loss or damage will entail a 30,00 € fee.

Services

Residence

A cleaning and linen change is provided weekly. Should you require extra time of service, requests should be made directly with the Management, who will inform you about the extra costs depending on your request. Apartments are equipped with a Full HD TV color with digital terrestrial receiver. Kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, induction hobs, dish washer (studio flats and two room apartments), combined over/microwave, dishes and cutlery depending on the accommodation size.

Hotel

A cleaning and tidying is provided daily, while the linen is changed every three weeks. Should you require extra time of service, requests should be made directly with the Management, who will inform you about the extra costs depending on your request. Apartments are equipped with a Full HD TV color with digital terrestrial receiver.

Clients are kindly asked to use all furniture and equipment with extreme care, in order to preserve objects and ensure people safety. A coin operated laundry is available in our building, equipped with high performance washing machines and dryers.

Pool
Piscina Our swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 31st, without any lifeguard supervision as the maximum depth is 1.40 meters. We kindly ask you to take care when using the pool, as the Residence is not responsible for any injury to yourself or to third parties. IT IS MANDATORY: showering before entering the pool in order to remove any residual lotion. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN: diving; running on the boards to avoid falls. The Residence declines all responsibility in case for any damages or personal injuries in case of noncompliance with these rules. Loungers, tables and chairs are available in the swimming pool with some shadow areas.
